Inner beauty
Did you
know
that God
pays no attention
towards
your outward looks?
The beauty
that counts for him
comes from
the inside.
God does
not care
how much
you fixed yourself up,
but he does
care
about what
your character looks like.
He is not
impressed
by outward
appearances.
You cannot
change much
of your
outward appearance
but you can
change your character.
Your
outward beauty fades away,
but your
character ripens
with the
years.
You take
your character
with you
everywhere you go
but not
your accomplishments.
In eternity
you will
have
a totally
different body
and you
will only be recognized
by your
character.
Just think
about
for what
you want to become known.
Is it the
external or the internal beauty
that is of
lasting value?
Isn’t it
about time
to invest
in your internal attributes
instead of
having your priorities
on outward
things?
Hosea 6:6
(The Israel Bible)
For I
desire goodness, not sacrifice; Obedience to Hashem, rather than
burnt offerings.
1.Samuel
16:7b (The Israel Bible)
For not as
man sees [does Hashem see]; man sees only what is visible,
but Hashem sees into the heart.
