No wonder
No wonder
I feel bad
when I
constantly think negatively
and circle
around those thoughts.
No wonder
I feel bad
when I just
keep on listening
to my
negative feelings
and act according
to them.
No wonder
I feel bad
when I
throw away
any good
advice from others
and do not
pay attention to it.
I constantly want to feel better
but I am
not willing
to do
anything about it.
Everything should regulate itself
and get
back into its own order,
as long as
I do not have to work on
a different
way
of thinking
and acting.
No wonder
nothing
changes
when my
very own
hard
headedness
is in my
way.
Talmud,
Berakhot 5a
Even
righteous individuals experience emotional lows; acknowledging them is part of
developing resilience and self-awareness.
